EI was recently scammed by agents in India who promised me a job in Dubai. They sent me what they claimed was a Dubai work visa, but it turned out to be a photoshopped tourist visa. I only realized it was fake after someone with more knowledge pointed out inconsistencies in the document.
They took money and almost put me at legal risk — had I traveled with that visa, I could’ve been in serious trouble.
i want my money back atleast but idk how to approach police since my family is hesistant please any lawyer from west bengal is willing to help or guide me through or atleast tell me if ill get my amount back i tried contacting agent and they are saying its your fault and saying do whatever you want kindly help
I’m posting this to:Warn others not to fall for the same scam.
Ask for advice on how to take legal action against these scammers.
Know if anyone else has gone through something similar please let me know and guide me through what do next please share it more also they duped me for 170k inr and were asking for 10k more still !!
