Bhabhi not allowing the children of her in laws to meet thier parents.

So I have a close relative and the relation goes as follows.

This bhabhi is a widow and has two sons and lives with her in laws in the in laws owned flat.
But anytime any of the children of the in laws come to their house to meet their parents she abuses them and treats them in not that welcoming way.

So the children aren’t able to meet their parents due to the absolute menace she creates.

Is there anything one can do legally as the parents are old and need the care that children can give.

bhaiya ya to vidhwa bahu se gaaliya kha lo ya usse nikaal lo. seedha saadha option hai lena hai to lo warna ye vidhwa bahu ka gaana gaate hue gaali sunte raho. Vidhwa bahu waali harkate bhi toh nahi kar rahi ye aurat.

Senior citizen abuse act. File a FIR but first collect evidence. She is not just abusive towards senior citizens but also unstable as a parent. She is harmful to her children too with this attitude. If she is capable of abusing elders she is also capable of abusing her children its only a matter of when it will start if it hasn’t started already
