MHi there everyone.
It’s a PSB employee ,to be specific Indian overseas bank.
I joined the above mentioned bank in 2014 as a PO and was posted in Jalandhar region (It put smile on my face writing that only)
Meanwhile I got married to and we shifted to chandigarh,,and my wife is also working as same cadre , cutting the story short ,There is an overstay policy of our bank that 6 years spent in a region will be posted away.
So we accepted it my posting and came to Tamil nadu,although it was unfair but General manager promised me to get me back after 3 years.
Now it’s been 3.5 years transfers came but we are still at the same.
Although As Ministry of finance there is guideline to transfer the person to same linguistic area.
If anyone can help ,we can try to frame legal case as per got. judgement.
