If our bank account is under scrutiny by cbi and if it later get freezed then how do we access our money for fighting out case?

Avoid transferring to other family members.

Survival becomes tough when your cash runs out. You might have to depend on jewellery for fighting the case. Paying court / lawyer will be expensive and a long fight.

Thank you for reply and do tell me that how much is the safe limit for withdrawing cash monthly? As I have searched it on chat GPT and found out that withdrawing cash more than 2 or 3 laks can be seen as suspicious?

No limit. Its your hard earned money. Send an email to the bank manager stating you want to withdraw 50 lakhs or whatever the amount in 48 hours & to arrange the cash.

Go on said date to bank with chequebook and withdraw.
