        Please suggest me what are my rights and what actions can be taken for this issue. Today I received a legal notice and I dont know what should i do because amount is too much for me to pay.

          In one of the recent court ruling the court ruled in favor of the employer in a bond case. So in a court case it can go either way.

          They (employer) are not bound to give experience letter if dues are not cleared. Even if they gave an experience letter it’s going to be a bad one, and they will mention that you absconded in BGV, so move on

            Experience letter is their prerogative, if it was in contract, they will give one, might state you did a okay job, with utter disregard for contracts
