May 7, 2025 at 7:59 amI’m working on this product company for 2 years now as full time + 4 months internship before employm,, I dropped my resignation letter and now the manager and hr are saying that they won’t provide relieving letter for such short employement.This criteria is not mentioned anywhere in the pffer letter or any other documentation and they are stating that this is the companies procedure. I’m also okay with serving full notice period as well.
What should I do?

May 7, 2025 at 8:18 am2 years doesn’t count as a short employment even if you have signed any service bond it can be easily ignored-

May 7, 2025 at 8:24 amI have not signed any bond, there was no specifics about this while joining. They are just repeating the same thing, what am I supposed to do? Going legally is the only way?-
