April 20, 2025 at 6:58 amon march 21st we wnated a jio airfiber connection, we paid Rs.222, next day we are told that the service booked by THEIR executive was wrong and that he will change it, nothing for two days on the 23rd we asked them to cancel the service, we keep getting messages that we will get refund in 7 business days but it has almost been a month, customer service is load of bullshit, they pick up the call, i tell them the problem then they block my number, what can i do ? -

April 20, 2025 at 8:10 amThis amounts to deficiency of service. You can approach consumer court in your district and file a complaint. While drafting the complaint make the executive as 1st opposite party and jio as 2nd opposite party. And include a prayer for recovery of money, compensation for mental agony and hardships. Consumer courts are more soft towards consumers. If you have all the Evidence with respect to the transactions, you have a good chance for getting the money back and compensation.-

April 20, 2025 at 8:13 amupdate as of now : after contacting like 30 people they have refunded Rs.1111 (tf?) in a voucher i cannot redeem and the new rep has now blocked my number and is not responding,,,as angry as i am i think i should just let this go
