WHello everyone,
I’m writing for my friend’s mom Minakshi Bhangale. her husband was killed in a factory accident in Sinnar, Nashik. The company responsible hasn’t paid any compensation, and now they’re even pressuring her to resign so they can dodge their obligations.
Minakshi has only finished primary school and is now working as a domestic helper just to survive. We urgently need advice on:
1. Filing a death‑compensation claim under the Employees’ Compensation Act, 1923.
2. Stopping the company’s harassment and coercion.
3. Taking negligence or labour‑law action to hold them accountable.
