If a traffic challan has wrong pic can it be cancelled?

Can such a challan where my car is shown in a open ground be cancelled as invalid proof ? I guess all challans have a proof picture section. I had parked near a shop but the pic shows in the ground where they tow the cars instead of the violation proof. Can i legally challange it ?
