My mother is divorced from my father long ago. I live with my mother only since then & she took care of me.

Now can I get OBC-Non creamy layer status on the basis of my mother only ?

Note : During childhood , OBC caste certificate was issued on the basis of father by default ( as rules mentioned)

But I am asking regarding Non-creamy layer status ?
