Can anyone help me regarding PF issue which caused by previous employer

So I was an EPS member in first company, but my second company contributed everything towards the EPF account not in EPS, now last year I changed that company and joined a new one [3rd one]. Now I wanted to transfer the PF amount from first two to the new one, but the claim getting rejected saying ‘No EPS contribution, please rectify’. I already sent mail to my previous employer but did not get any support. can someone let me know, where to complaint and what legal action I can take against them? its clearly their fault as they contributed whole 8.33% to EPF instead of EPS.

Same issue for me
Contact ur previous employer 2nd and tell them to file form 3a to.epfo and acknowledgement letter to u this way the records of epfo will be corrected .
Keep follow up for me I am doing since 5 6 months this sarkari babu are useless delaying the work

What a fucking joke this is, from my next company onwards, I will choose the minimum 1800 for pf only

Or otherwise I will join the next company at least after 3 months so that I can withdraw whole money in the cause of unemployment

And for me the cherry on top scenario is my previous employer is not responding to my fucking mail.

I want to send them legal notice thats why I made this post to know the legal aspects

Can you tell little bit more about cogram? Can I complaint against my employer there? Whats the procedure?

My bad cpgram portal is used to complaints against government officers and companies like psu or bank
My brother did 3 or four times works fine
Anyway use linkedin
And remember there is no way this issue will be fixed either go through company or pf agent either way form 3a needs to filed and acknowledgement letter should be given to u .
