May 6, 2025 at 11:13 amI applied for a loan of ₹60,000 through the MoneyView app. The NACH mandate was successfully processed, and the agreement was executed, but no loan amount was disbursed to my bank account. Despite the mandate activation, I have not received any funds. I contacted MoneyView on April 29, 2025, and followed up multiple times via email (on May 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 6th), but I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. This is a violation of the loan terms, and I am facing financial stress due to the delay and lack of transparency. -
