Additional parking space correction in sale deed

I have purchased resale flat from a person, this flat came with one car parking. Since I have 2 cars ,I got additional car parking from builder. Builder is saying we should get this additional parking mentioned in sale deed by performing sale deed correction. Here builder sold flat to previous owner and I purchased from him. Can correction deed executed between builder and me? What additional precautions I should take to stop association from creating ruckus over additional parking space?
