I was buying a health insurance from Aditya Birla. At the payment page after my payment going through refreshed. I didn’t get issued a policy. This was on 25th March. After back and fourth with their customer support yield no results. I decided to file a case in consumer court. It’s been 20 days now. They have even stopped replying to mails. What to do?
