Colive PG is scamming me

I moved into a colive pg.

They have a 3 month lockin period. I read that but the sales team forced me into believing that there is none. So i was skeptical and asked them to mail everything in written, and the sales team mailed the same after so many attempts.

In the mail it’s written as 10 days rent will be deducted from the security deposit that’s it. But when i go to app they’re charging 1 month 10 days rent.

Ps i am moving out after 2 months.

Kindly help if anything can be done
