IHi,
I am going against my father for an intercaste marriage and he is getting very aggressive and keeps demanding that i should write on a paper that I don’t have anything to do with him and my mother.
Just wanted to know will that document be legally binding and will can help legally force me out of my home?

PObviously. They will also take you out of the inheritance. What matters to you – the money or the person you love? Know this if they dont come around you are on your own. You cant demand even 1 rupee or staying in the house or anything from them (i mean you can try and ask but they will quite obviously say no). Will you still be able to happily live with your partner after that? Will you be able to keep yourself from resenting them for making you lose all this?

RIf your father bought and paid for the house its his house! If you bought it and got it register on your father name its still his house you can file case and all that fun stuff. If your parents disown you then you cannot claim anything, what you can do is claim any inheritance of your grandparents!
