April 14, 2025 at 2:46 pmWater purifier company is asking to pay for defaulting monthly subscription charges and legal proceedings fees as damage and return the purifier. I have not defaulted any payment I had raised cancellation request in the month of October no action was taken from the company to pickup the purifier. There was a change of pickup address and this was conveyed to them multiple times. I have followed up with them for 2 months for the same reason but no action was taken. After this I stopped responding to their calls now they have sent me legal noticeShall I respond on my own or take legal help
Please advise -

April 14, 2025 at 5:19 pmHi. Delhi based lawyer here. Best to send a response through a lawyer, unless you feel otherwise. Or atleast discuss the outline of the reply with him/her, should you wish to respond on your own.-
