AFew days back i posted my issue where my neighbour was planning to dig septic tank on c.c. road under gram panchayat. People here adviced me to take photos and videos and complain to sarpanch. I followed all your advice and complain to every possible person sarpanch, secretary and police station.
Here are the results of my running around all day on a sunny day. They didn’t agree to stop their work and finished the tank. Police person told us it was not under them but they still called the person digging and asked them to stop their work. That person agreed and continued their work at alarmingly fast speed. Sarpanch made the excuse of out of village and refused to visit the location. The person digging is now laughing to provoke us and telling me to take more videos and photos and call whoever I want. According to them they are not afraid of even SDM.
So reddit this is the dark reality of law in our country for ordinary folks with no connection.
