Can’t find witness

I shall proceed for will registration and Mutual Consent divorce. AFAIK the proceedings will require a witness or two, who are not immediate family members, to attest alongside me in the proceedings. Nothing much is needed from the witness except their signature. However no one i know is willing to come to court and be a witness.

How can i find a reliable witness? Can i approach a notary?

You are asking two separate things ie registered WILL and secondly divorce decree ?
WILL is a bit tricky as the witness must be reliable in case the WILL is challenged and only the witness can prove it’s execution.

Try to find some trusted person for this

Regarding the divorce decree part, ask your lawyer. There are witnesses for hire, these guys know where to find them.
