RI had an accident involving my bike and a cycle and the other party wants to file a case but I don’t have a driving licence on me because I have passed only two wheeler test and not four and in kerala in order to get a copy of license you need to pass BOTH to get licence be it physical or digital and my retest i due next month. The only proof I have is the passed in parivahan site
Coming to the accident I was keeping left and driving fairly slowly and this old man with his cycle was coming from the opposite direction and decided to U turn i couldn’t anticipate his move and we both fell. The bystanders gathered and some ppl just driving behind me said it was entirely his fault (they were angry at him)
I then took him to the hospital he ended up having a small fracture and also required internal and external stitching . Coming to today his brother in law called me asking my bike number (it’s my dad’s) he’s saying he will file a case to get the insurance money. What necessary steps should I take now.
