Hi everyone, I took a loan of rs. 6,000 2 months back. I am a student and was unable to repay it. The app said that I had to repay in 20 days, but I couldn’t do it due to financial issues (real issues, I got admitted) and now it’s almost 30 days past the due date. They are harrassing me and saying that they will call my friends and relatives. What should I do? The payment has increased from 6000 to 10,000

Get 10k from your family, relatives and pay back this fincorp loan amount.

It’s better to deal with relatives rather than a company with the financial backing of their rightful money.

Ask them for a wave-off, that will bring the amount to 7000 to 7500 pay that and get the hell away from this app
they may soon start to call your friends and relatives and harass them

These types of app based loan dispersals were recently banned in India. You can also file harassment complaint in local police station.
