PDepends on what you classify as “Senior Lawyer”. If you are talking about a designated Senior Advocate, then most of them, at least in Delhi, will charge approximately 1 lac per hearing. Now your cases may come up every month or they may be heard once in 2-3 months. There is no guarantee but the Senior Advocate will charge that amount. This amount is excluding any other legal fee you may incur in drafting your pleadings and meetings with the Senior Advocate.

MEven in Delhi, that should be sufficient. A designated senior does not appears on every listing date in a trial. Only cross and argument and also arguments on sentencing if convicted. If you can spend that much every month, you might aş well engage Ujjwal Nikam for cross examination and evidence.
But as in most of the cases of CBI, almost every other case is appealed, so you should be prepared for that.

IFirstly try to settle it down amongst yourselves, No senior lawyer or court will turn tables to magic instantly. Courts in India is a tough grind & it’ll take time.
There must be a reason as to why they’ve falsely implicated him, Try to find out. What can be settled in less or simple conversation don’t dig deep down the hole with additional headache.
See the reality and don’t get impressed with OTT style courtrooms or judgements, Nothing of such sorts happen. -
