April 10, 2025 at 7:10 amI am an advocate by qualification but donโt practice so I need your help, please.
I wish to build a start up relating to provision of a medical service – at home. Itโs more of a skin care related thing. And not a remedy per say.
Can I go ahead with it:
1. If I have a qualified nurse to administer the treatment
2. Have the customer fill a form with history and requirement and consent form
3. Have a doctor give a sign off the form and approve the treatmentI know this requires an in-depth consultation but i want to check first if it is plausibleโฆ.
Please please help. Iโm at a nascent stage and Iโm desperate to gain some headway โฆ.

April 10, 2025 at 7:32 amLegally, I don’t see any problem in giving palliative care at home. To be safe, you can have some doctors on board who will do the teleconsultation and prescribe the therapy. The challenge will be to find dedicated personnel who are willing to do it, which may make it commercially unfeasible.
