1500 sq ft Registered Plot but Only 1200 sq ft in T&CP Map – Need Advice

Hey everyone,

I have a plot that’s registered as 1500 sq ftfrom last 25 years+, but when I checked the TCP (Town and Country Planning) map, it only shows 1200 sq ft under my name. The rest isn’t reflected on the official layout.

I’m a bit confused – is this common? Has anyone faced a similar issue?

What steps shouldI take to resolve this mismatch, and is there any risk to the 300 sq ft that’s not shown on the map?
BTW this is not only an issue of our plot but a issue of around 20-30 plots. I am planning to rebuild my house, and got across this issue.
