Procedure for changing Name

So my sister wants to change her name (for some reason)… as in her name from birth is ‘A’ and now she wants to change her name to ‘B’ . What will be the procedure for it?

Will the name have to be changed in existing documents too like Aadhar, PAN, Driver’s License, 10th and 12th Marksheet, Bank A/c and so on ?

What will be the estimated time for this whole process?

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
