How to attach audio while applying for consumer complaint.

I had ordered a product from Meesho around a week ago. The local delivery boy called me to say he had lost the product; he said he would pay for the product and please mark it as delivered. I thought it might be a scam and said I couldn’t do anything about it. Next, I checked the app, and it said the order was delivered. There is no outcome for the grievance on their portal; they just closed the ticket, reasoning that I gave the OTP, which I didn’t. So, I am trying to file a consumer complaint online, but I cannot upload an audio file (call recording with the delivery boy). Is there a way to do it? The order value is less than 100.

You can’t. Every Evidence should be in PDF format. And if you have recorded the conversation without the other party’s consent, it’ll not be considered, and in some extreme cases, your case will be thrown out.
