April 9, 2025 at 8:12 amPs: I don’t use or have used it but curious.Since there are new and improved machines that can test if you have ever used many of these drugs. How will you be charged since they haven’t found any possesion of illicit items and how legal is taking sample accordingly.

April 9, 2025 at 8:43 amThey look as if they’re deals or distributors selling in bulk where they’ll officially face a harsh penalty.I think op was talking about small possessions like a tiny bag or a joint or 2.

April 9, 2025 at 9:56 amNo like I don’t use it or get it ๐, I personally wanted to know the legality of just randomly testing a citizen. And also the consequences if being a positive test to have taken any drugs before (without possession).

April 9, 2025 at 8:40 amOfficially, a 10k fine and 6 months at max if you’re caught possessing a small amount of marijuana. If you’re rich and well connected enough, you can walk scot-free. I mean, people have gotten away with first degree murder. If you’re hated by the cops and judicial system, you’re gonna face a penalty far worse than the original punishment.Imo, Marijuana should be legalized everywhere globally. If cancer sticks are legal, then so should marijuana. It’ll save the economy, and it’ll be the lesser of the two evils when it comes to damage done to society. Humanity lost the war against cigars, cigarettes, and marijuana.
Before yall call me a junkie, no, I do not touch marijuana. I’m also a teetotaler, and I strongly frown down upon alcoholics yet I very much oppose the criminalization of alcohol as banning alcohol has done way more harm than legalizing it. The same goes for my stance on the legalization of weed.
