Birth certificate correction

My daughter is born and raised in Mumbai.My daughter’s birth certificate issued 16 years back has only her first name..In her mother’s name column,my names spelling as well as surname is wrong..

Her adhar card is properly made .

It has her first name,her middle name and her surname.

We urgently require her birth certificate to be corrected as per the adhar card details at Mumbai

Can you please guide how to go about it .

We are based out of Navi Mumbai and she was born in Borivali.

It’s very difficult for us to do the physical running around.

Any source through which we can expedite the process.

You can file an FIR to show BC as missing, and get a new BC made from the municipal corporation using the aadhar card.

How will this be possible..With adhar how will they make a birth certificate.. Won’t they require a hospital discharge summary and all that stuff…

How will they believe that my child is born in Mumbai with just the adhar card.
