Changing Mother’s name on passport

Hi All.
I seriously need a help.
One my birth certificate my mother’s is Laila Beevi Muhammed Haneefa (Muhammed Haneefa is her father name)
I got passport on 2017 by providing my birth certificate and in my passport my mother name is same “Laila Beevi Muhammed Haneefa”
But all of her other documents including her passport has her name as “Laila Divan” (Divan is my father name).
..
Now I want to change my mother’s name in passport to be “Laila Divan”
I need advice on how to do.
I am not able to change her name on my birth certificate due to some reasons.
