Wrong side driving ecourt case

A friend of mine received a sms from MAHADC and they didnt mention case no or any details just sent a mssg for a court date saying previous dates were missed u can attend the next one the only time my friend was caught by a traffic police was for wrong side driving in 2023 and they gave the challan which when received showed sent to court and he forgot to pay now my friend knows he was in wrong and is willing to pay but there were no previous mssg or anything He has no problem in paying it just seeking some advice on how to do it and waht are the consequences since many court dates were missed ..

I would really like some advice and thoughts on this my friend is very scared as its the first time smt like this is happening to him..
Please give soem information atleast.
