CHello All,
I’ve been on a hunt to setup a Online gaming platform of real money games which involve **Games of Skill.** I’m aware of the present situation in the country and the Ban that each states have imposed on Games which are considered **Games of Chance,** *aka* ***Gambling***.
However, with a lot of effort, I’m not able to find any proper Legal stance on the setting up of a real money online gaming site which involves **Real Money Games of Skill.**
For context, I intend to set up the site primarily to handle games such as Rummy, Poker, and other classic games that meet the criteria for **Games of Skill.**
If there is anyone who has an idea about the Legal Nuance of setting up a Online Site, please provide feedback.
Additionally, I would appreciate any feedback on the potential establishment of offline gaming cafes in the same context. Any and all input is welcome.
