DHello everyone, I am really heartbroken here. So my tenant is a girl of 27 yrs old. She moved into my house in March 2025. So yesterday the house had electricity shortage cuz of which the house electricity was tripping. She accused first that BESCOM has removed the fuse. But on further inspection she found it was just a trip. She created a scene with the guards and electricians of the society.
After the minor scene she texted me she wants to vacate the house and she does not want to stay one bit. I gave her time till month end of this month. She has not paid me rent of March. I told her that since she is vacating the house in April i will cut her rent for march and April and plus one month for painting and repair. She has also not paid my full deposit yet.
She is then accusing me that I have made remarks on her character and behaviour and thats why she is vacating the house. I have all the proofs of chats and call recording where I have not even mentioned about anything on her character. She now says that she will stay till May end and won’t pay a single rent plus she wants her deposit back.She made a scene with guard and management too for which she yelled at them for their behaviour.
What should I do?
