Doubts on sale of fruits as a vendor

Its my first time here so dont hate on me for not knowing much.

I have gotten my hands on some Ratnagiri mangoes and would like to sell and market them through a cafe that my friend owns, it has nice small open space and in middle of a nice community, i was wondering if i can operate and sell under the cafes’ fssai license or do it need to get a separate permit like other street vendors.
