So ours is a garment firm based in hyderabad, My business partner with the help of our manager committed a fraud of 1cr. Now when confronted he is not accepting the fraud. But I know if I can get access to his call recording I can prove him guilty. Any official or unofficial way we can get the call recordings? -

April 6, 2025 at 2:42 pmIt is not possible to obtain past call recordings, as such calls are generally not recorded. Call tapping or recording can only be done after obtaining prior permission from a Magistrate or the government. At best, you may be able to retrieve call detail records (CDRs), which show the numbers, time, and duration of callsβbut not the content of the call. You will need to find some other way to prove the alleged fraud.
