SIn 2019, father of my mother died due to illness but he did not make any will. He left with many unknown properties my mother and her 2 brothers. Both of them mentally harassed her and their mother so due to the harassment my mother agreed to settle at way less% share from property. She signed a heirship transfer document under coercion as she could not bare mental harrasment of mother. ( I have few call recordings in which they are having such convo)
In 2023 their mother also died due to illness. Recently while going to court for signatures they again started abusing and said cuss words to my mother. Now mom again felt bad but now as they don’t have a weak spot(mother) to harass we are thinking to take legal action over the same. What we can do with old recordings?. Also recently they asked us to meet and again abused mom and tried to physically assault me too but we lack proof of such.
