CMy maternal grandmother grand father and uncle died a year back. Now my uncles wife is mentally harassing my parents for property were Muslims so we want to go through sharia law. But my uncles wife is demanding large percentage. My aunts telling us to file a case. I’m against filing court case because I think she will file dowry and other cases since she is daughter in law what should we do.

If things can be settled through family mediation or a trusted elder, try that route first. But definitely keep records of all interactions with her, just to be safe.
