April 6, 2025 at 4:04 amI have a small business doing trading of garments , seeking it directly from my store and also doing b2b, there is an interested person known to my father since long , he has certain capital he wants to put in and has good network in this trade. But I’m not sure of onboarding him fully in the business, how do I go about it? -

April 6, 2025 at 6:17 amYou’ll have to consider the extent of involvement that you want in your business, and based on that, you can have a partnership, where he’s a silent partner, or a more active one, and decide the profit sharing ratio as well. There needs to be a discussion between the two of you to know each other’s expectations from this business arrangement, and then this can be documented through an agreement.
