April 5, 2025 at 10:39 amHi, first time poster here.I recently ordered ice cream from Swiggy from NIC store, I consumed the ice cream multiple times, all three times I did not feel well the next day, I think they might have mixed something with the ice cream.
Is there any basis to file a complaint in consumer court for this? Since I technically donβt have any evidence for the quality of the product, do we also need to send some evidence based on lab tests when sending the complaint? I have some ice cream left with me which can be tested or inspected.
I am seeking advice on whether I should file this complaint, proceed with lab tests if required, the cost I might have to incur for all this, basically is this something which is worth pursuing.
