April 5, 2025 at 10:08 amI recieved a message yesterday stating a challan has been issued against my bike.I checked the RTO website and yes a challan was there. But yesterday evening I wasn’t even outside but still my bike got a fine I don’t know how. Also my bike was at home.
So I checked the challan and the image didn’t even have my number plate just a random picture I’ll attach below.
But still a fine of 1000rs has been issued on my bike, is there any ways I can remove that fine ? Because that fine wasn’t even my mistake that’s a fake fine issued on my bike.
Can anyone please suggest me any legal ways on how to do so ? I’m in Chennai and what is the way to remove it ??

April 5, 2025 at 7:14 pmAsk a lawyer i guess because i don’t know exactly. And i tried through the challan portal but it didn’t do anything ๐คท so it would be better if you take advice of a lawyer.
