Relatives trying to get our property

Context: My father and uncle bought some property together back in 2011 and grandmother as owner.After some time my father transferred property to me and uncle kid through power of attorney.Now uncle and my father are not talking and my grandmother is also living with my uncle.My grandmother registered a case against us that we did a fraud and transferred the property (so that all property can go to my uncle).
Please advise.
Also one more thing can i get Police verification(Character Certificate)
