I need assistance regarding taxation and corporate law

I am starting an LLP with my friends. We are currently drafting our LLP agreement but before drafting we are purchasing a few raw materials in our personal name. It is a proper tax document. Is there any problem to later show these purchases as company’s expenses as all of us are putting our money into this. Also what are the tax implications of such purchases. I know I won’t be able to charge GST on these products. What should I do once the agreement is made and other documents are made.

Please help me.
