As a owner of 2 wheeler used by my friends in Telangana with vehicle registration in Kerala, received a notice from Telangana traffic police asking to furnish details of person who committed about traffic violations, asked either to pay total fine or share those details within 7 days otherwise there’ll be fine and matter may go to the court. Has anyone faced similar scenarios,How serious is the situation?
