Help with rent agreement

I’m the landlord, doing rent agreement first time, both my parents passed away recently so I lack knowledge about rent agreement, can you help me understand the steps and what are essential elements to include in the agreement? And is 1000 rs stamp necessary?

Go the local court complex, find a typist. He’ll guide you with everything. Be sure to get the registered agreement. Might cost more but its safe.
