April 3, 2025 at 5:29 amHello,I need some advice. I have been working at a company for about 4 years, and I have been trying to get out since a year.
The work culture is toxic, no work life balance, leadership calls at 6am or 11pm for work. And the pay is peanuts.
Recently, I got a better opportunity, however they need me to join them in a weeks time as it is a priority position. They have agreed to buyout my notice period.
My company is not relieving me they are expecting that I wait until a replacement joins.
I need to resign immediately, they have blatantly refused to accept. What do I do here? Who can help me here?

April 3, 2025 at 5:40 amGetting replacement is not your work. If they are not able to get replacement, it is their problem. Put resignation and leave-

April 3, 2025 at 6:54 amThey will never accept it. So will you work for them forever? After you have served your notice period, send an official mail. They will send the experience letter. These are all pressure and fear tactics. Don’t fall for it

April 3, 2025 at 1:50 pmWhat not accepting? The email sent itself is a solid proof,
Your notice period starts the day you sent the resignation mail.
Doesn’t matter if they accept it or no.

April 3, 2025 at 7:32 amPeople are so naive, take your stand man. Communication of resignation is important. You leave on prescribed date as per notice period. Some companies are trash & they will exploit you more aster resignation-
