April 2, 2025 at 6:50 pmI recently found out about some old shares of food and drug corporation, specifically from 1984. Which belonged to my grandfather due to them being an employee. Thus can they be inherited?
My grandfather have passed away so my father is bit hesitant to tell someone about those. Is it legal? -

April 2, 2025 at 8:02 pmContact Karvy or Kfintech or CAMS. They are Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTAs), registered under SEBI, who maintain up-to-date register of all the company’s shareholders. They act as intermediaries between the company and its shareholders. They manage dividends, issue duplicate shares, verify signatures, bonus shares, transfers, etc.-
