March 30, 2025 at 7:55 pmSo I was planning to buy an independent row house in a gated community from the 2nd owner of the property. Found discrepancy in his sale deed with first owner e.g society name has a spelling typo ,the survey number in one of the pages is wrong , the conversion deed number is wrong. All of these are correct in the first owners sale deed with builder and seems to be error on part of the lawyer who drafted the sale deed between first and 2nd owner . Now first owner isn’t reachable for rectification deed .How difficult will it be for me to sell this property if I buy it with these discrepancies . All these errors will get rectified in my sale deed with the current owner .
