March 30, 2025 at 4:02 pmHi Guys, recently i was in the process to buy an insurance from Aditya Birla capital. During the payment process, despite my account been credited the page refreshed and no policy was issued.
I have for past 7 days contacted their helpline no. As each day I get a message of service request rejection. I have given them all the details yet nothing has been done. What can I do? -

By the way, let us know which policy u are taking. Maybe it’s a ๐ shit policy
