I want to report certain people who I suspect are running an MLM scam. (Need advice)

I request you to read my previous post on how I barely escaped an MLM pyramid scheme. I’m not sure what ever they’re doing is illegal or not but it’s definitely unethical, and people who don’t perceive things analytically can easily get scammed. I don’t have any business details on individuals other than some public account selling dreams and some chats asking me when I can prepare the money to register myself in this so called business. I really don’t want people getting trapped by these scammers, I basically want some authority to investigate these individuals atleast in terms of financial transperancy and how many they’re trying to recruit. I’m not sure where to report these things and I’m also worried if things would back fire on me. Need guidance
