  Neighbor dog barking at night which disturbs our sleep. I did tell the owner about it and he seems to ignore me and tells me that dog is an animal and we can’t do anything. How should I handle this. This person is a creep and powerful person in my area(panchayat).

  Buy a big speaker and face it towards their house with loud dog barking sound and just ignore as they are ignoring you.
