AHello everyone, I just found out that there is a case against me, which claims that I own a company under my name. My father’s name also matches, but I have never started any company, nor do I even know how to do so. The case is related to a bounced cheque.
(I have not received any legal notice till now and the case was registered one year back)What should I do?
Is it possible for someone to create a company and list another person as the proprietor without their permission?
If the case is dismissed and the court proves that I am not the proprietor, will it still appear on my criminal record, as it does now?
